Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across key channels
- Ensure brand voice, messaging, and positioning are consistent
Content Creation & Distribution
- Produce high-quality content including blog posts, email newsletters, website copy, and thought-leadership materials
- Collaborate with designers or social media teams for content distribution
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats for maximum reach
SEO & Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and topic planning to support organic growth
- Optimize website and blog content for on-page SEO
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on traffic, rankings, and engagement
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Plan and execute email campaigns and newsletters
- Ensure content supports lead nurturing, retention, and customer education
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or growth marketing with direct responsibility for lead generation
- Proven ability to use content to generate qualified leads
- Experience managing blog and website content as lead acquisition channels
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, segmentation, and performance analysis
- Practical knowledge of keyword research, search mapping, and on-page SEO
- Experience in edtech, SaaS, or digital services is an advantage

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team of 3–5 people
- Experience selling services, subscriptions, or recurring-revenue products
- Strong competence in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage
Optional Qualifications
- Experience in academics, education, or edtech sales
- Familiarity with remote or distributed teams
- Experience selling to diaspora markets (UK, USA, Canada)
