This Full Stack Developer role offers the opportunity to work with modern frameworks, contribute directly to core platform features, and take ownership of solutions that impact user experience, performance, and reliability.

About the Full Stack Developer Role

As a Full Stack Developer at whale.io, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build and maintain our web based crypto casino platform. You will be involved across the full development lifecycle, from feature design to deployment and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the core web application using SvelteKit, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Design, implement, and release new features that improve platform functionality and user experience
• Write clean, efficient, and well documented code following best practices
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production level issues
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with modern full stack development and Web3 technology trends

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience in full stack development
• Degree in software development or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience with SvelteKit or modern frontend frameworks
• Proficiency in Node.js and backend development
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, NestJS, and modern web standards
• Familiarity with Agile development workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote or hybrid team
