Role Overview

As an FP&A Graduate, you will join Xapo Bank’s Finance team and gain practical experience supporting financial planning and decision making. This role provides exposure to forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling while working closely with experienced finance professionals.

The FP&A Graduate Programme job is ideal for candidates with strong academic foundations, an interest in data driven insights, and curiosity about the crypto and financial services space.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights under guidance
• Help prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and performance summaries
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools
• Assist with presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
• Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather accurate financial data
• Learn to track and monitor key performance indicators
• Assist with month end and year end financial closing activities
• Contribute ideas for improving FP&A processes and reporting practices
