About the Opportunity
Walter connects top global talent with fast-growing companies worldwide. We are currently partnering with an innovative consumer brand to hire an E-Commerce Coordinator who will work closely with the Director of E-Commerce to scale and optimize Amazon and Direct-to-Consumer (Shopify Plus) sales channels.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented e-commerce professional who enjoys data analysis, storefront optimization, and supporting high-growth online brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon and Shopify Plus storefronts
- Audit product listings to improve SEO, content quality, and conversion rates
- Create, update, and maintain Amazon Seller Central listings (FBA & FBM)
- Monitor account health metrics and support Amazon Ads initiatives
- Analyze sales, traffic, and performance data to support forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including SEO and PPC
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with email marketing, affiliate marketing, or customer retention
- Exposure to other retail marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Target)
- Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
