About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition efforts and support broader growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will take ownership of Google Ads for B2B lead generation while contributing to SEO, content execution, marketing operations, and experimentation.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who has moved beyond entry level, enjoys data analysis, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance using GA4, identifying opportunities to improve conversions and ROI
  • Collaborate on landing page optimization to increase lead quality and conversion rates
  • Support SEO initiatives, including content updates and site optimization (Webflow-based website)
  • Assist with content workflows, including AI-powered processes and marketing asset creation
  • Support marketing operations through HubSpot CRM, reporting, and automation setup
  • Contribute to new growth initiatives such as newsletters, outbound campaigns, channel testing, and experiments

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization
  • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on performance improvement
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing efficiency and content operations

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush
  • Hands-on knowledge of Webflow, Zapier, or marketing automations
  • Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or influencer marketing
