Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on e-commerce experience to drive growth, visibility, and revenue for a fully customizable e-commerce platform across web and mobile channels.

The ideal candidate will manage the full sales funnel—from traffic acquisition and lead nurturing to conversion and retention—using a data-driven approach to optimize performance at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel, including: awareness, acquisition, lead capture, nurturing, conversion, retention, upsells, and repeat purchases.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies.
  • Optimize SEO, content marketing, and landing pages to improve funnel performance.
  • Manage email marketing and automation workflows (welcome flows, cart abandonment, re-engagement).
  • Coordinate promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and discounts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on funnel and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Improve conversion rates (CRO) through A/B testing and UX improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with platform features.
  • Manage social media marketing and audience engagement.
  • Monitor customer behavior and optimize user journeys across web and mobile.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end sales funnels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Ability to use LLMs to create quality prompts for content creation.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred E-commerce & Funnel Experience

  • Product-based funnels, checkout optimization, cart abandonment, upsells, cross-sells, post-purchase flows.
  • Multi-channel funnels (paid ads, email, social, organic).
  • Customer lifecycle marketing: acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation.
  • Subscription or recurring revenue funnels.
  • Knowledge of multi-currency and international e-commerce operations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with headless or custom-built e-commerce platforms.
  • CRM systems and customer segmentation knowledge.
  • Affiliate and influencer marketing experience.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript for landing page optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing and UX tools (Hotjar, VWO, Crazy Egg).
  • Mobile app marketing and push notifications.
  • Marketing dashboards and KPI tracking.
