Digital Marketer Growth and Performance

The Digital Marketer Growth and Performance role is a full time remote position focused on driving measurable growth across acquisition, activation, and conversion. This role plays a key part in proving traction and supporting fundraising efforts.

Role Overview

You will lead Circo’s digital growth initiatives, working closely with Product and Creative teams to translate messaging into performance driven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Drive user acquisition through social media, content, paid advertising, and partnerships
• Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to improve onboarding and conversion
• Design and run growth experiments across funnels and platforms
• Track, analyse, and report on core growth metrics
• Turn performance data into actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications and Experience

• Three to six years or more experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance roles
• Proven experience scaling digital products, platforms, or online communities
• Strong understanding of funnels, analytics, and paid media
• Experience with creator platforms or content led products is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in fast paced early stage environments

Core Skills

• Performance and growth marketing
• Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms
• Analytics and reporting tools such as GA, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Funnel optimisation and experimentation
• Strong copywriting and messaging instincts

Finance and Fundraising Executive

The Finance and Fundraising Executive role is a strategic position responsible for financial planning, investor readiness, and fundraising execution. This role may begin as fractional and evolve into a full time leadership position.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the CEO to shape Circo’s financial narrative, manage runway, and build the financial systems needed for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising and Investor Readiness

• Lead preparation for pre seed and seed fundraising rounds
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenarios
• Prepare investor decks, financial narratives, and data rooms
• Support investor meetings, due diligence, and follow ups

Investor Relations

• Manage investor communications and performance updates
• Build relationships with angels, venture capital firms, and partners
• Ensure consistency and transparency in financial reporting

Financial Strategy and Operations

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and runway management
• Advise leadership on capital allocation and unit economics
• Establish financial processes, controls, and reporting standards
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors

Qualifications and Experience

• Seven years or more experience in finance, venture, strategy, or startup finance
• Proven track record supporting or leading fundraising efforts
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise
• Experience working in early stage or high growth companies
• Confident communicator with founders and investors
