Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be on the front line of customer experience, assisting users with questions, technical issues, and product navigation. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support within a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Guide users through the CoinTracker platform and its key features.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide accurate, practical solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider support team to improve response quality and efficiency.
- Document recurring issues, insights, and customer feedback to support product and process improvements.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal support workflows.
