Job Description
The Client Support Specialist plays a central role in delivering an excellent client experience. The successful candidate will conduct migration assessments, facilitate job placements, and provide end-to-end support to clients throughout their relocation journey. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals achieve international career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive migration eligibility assessments for prospective clients
- Facilitate job placement processes by matching clients with suitable opportunities in Europe
- Hold discovery calls to understand client goals, qualifications, and preferred destinations
- Provide continuous support and communication throughout the relocation process
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Guide clients through documentation requirements, application procedures, and timelines
- Maintain accurate client records and update case progress within the CRM system
- Collaborate with immigration consultants and operations teams to ensure smooth case handling
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
- Contribute to the improvement of client support workflows and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support, client services, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client backgrounds
- Experience conducting phone or video consultations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client cases
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must own a reliable computer and have stable internet access
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
- Strong interest in immigration, international mobility, and global career development
