mLabs is hiring a backend-focused Blockchain Software Engineer to help build and scale next-generation crypto payments infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work deeply on backend systems, smart contracts, and on-chain architecture while influencing the technical roadmap in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Do

Build and scale backend services using Node.js
Develop, deploy, and integrate smart contracts across multiple blockchains
Design and evolve on-chain infrastructure to support global-scale payments
Collaborate within a lean team to influence architecture and ship features quickly

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of professional engineering experience
Strong backend engineering background with solid Node.js expertise
Proven, hands-on experience with blockchain development and smart contracts
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high autonomy and ownership

Nice to Have

Experience working in fintech or payments infrastructure
