zeroShadow is hiring a Blockchain Security Engineer to join our TORCH vSOC team. In this role, you’ll help protect leading Web3 protocols by designing and operating on-chain asset monitoring, alerting, and incident-response solutions—defending users and treasuries at scale.

zeroShadow | Remote (EMEA preferred, UTC 0 to +4)

What you’ll do

  • Build custom on-chain monitoring and alerting for client assets

  • Work with leading tools such as Hypernative, Hexagate, Tenderly, Blockaid, and Guardrail

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year of hands-on smart-contract security experience (audits, bug bounties, development, or attack analysis)
  • Strong understanding of the current Web3 threat landscape
  • Experience with Solidity and smart-contract analysis
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to keep learning
  • EMEA-based (UTC 0 to +4) preferred — global talent considered

Nice to have

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
