As we continue to scale our digital presence, we are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Web Merchant to support product accuracy, site merchandising, and continuous optimization of our online shopping experience.

Role Overview

The Associate Web Merchant will play a key role in executing product launches, maintaining accurate product data, and enhancing on-site merchandising strategies that improve conversion and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a commercially minded eCommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute product launches with accurate product data, imagery, and on-site placement
• Optimize product listing pages, collections, and category merchandising
• Support cross-sell and upsell strategies to improve conversion rate and average order value (AOV)
• Maintain and update product data across Shopify, Cin7, PDM, and internal systems
• Manage product imagery and perform light photo editing when required
• Assist with merchandising for wholesale and additional online sales channels
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all digital product touchpoints

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of basic retail math
• Experience with Cin7, PDM, or similar tools (or the ability to learn quickly)
