Job Summary

The Regional Depot Operations Manager North is responsible for managing, operating, and ensuring the safety of the company’s LPG plant within the northern region. The role combines operational oversight with strategic business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all LPG plant operations and workforce management
• Ensure safe and efficient product receipt, storage, and dispatch
• Conduct routine facility inspections and enforce HSE standards
• Manage all technical aspects of plant and storage operations

Financial and Sales Oversight

• Drive operational excellence to improve sales and profitability
• Evaluate daily LPG sales and financial lodgements
• Prepare and consolidate sales performance reports
• Develop strategic interventions to promote business growth

Compliance and Process Control

• Ensure proper product discharge procedures
• Implement controls to reduce operational risks and fraud
• Facilitate daily stock requests from LPG terminals
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and internal standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Upper BSc or HND Upper Credit in Engineering
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in LPG or gas plant operations
• Strong operational and supervisory skills
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities
• Demonstrated honesty, diligence, and commitment
