Job Role: Recruiter / Client Liaison Officer
Amaiden Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Graduate Trainee to join its recruitment and client relations team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, communication, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using resume databases and application forms.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
- Administer and grade aptitude tests where required.
- Post job openings on the company’s career portals, social media, and job boards.
- Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate shortlists.
- Prepare job offer letters and respond to inquiries about compensation and benefits.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and in-house hiring events.
- Work closely with managers to identify present and future hiring needs.
- Support new hires during onboarding and act as a resource for initial inquiries.
- Serve as a liaison to clients—answer questions, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage client complaints by providing timely and accurate solutions.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / BA in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
