Role Overview

iKapture is seeking a Programs & Partnerships Lead to oversee the planning, delivery, and growth of its core initiatives, including Technovation Girls, Digital Skill-Up Bootcamp, and the Digital & Leadership Academy (DLA). This role combines program management, team leadership, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs
  • Supervise program staff, interns, and volunteers
  • Build and manage relationships with schools, mentors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Represent iKapture at meetings, events, and donor engagements
  • Support grant writing, reporting, and impact documentation
  • Contribute to storytelling and communication of program outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in program management, youth development, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Drive, Canva, Excel, and similar platforms
  • Must be based in Calabar or nearby
