About the Role

As a Product Lead, you will own the vision and execution of local AI products—from roadmap definition to final release. The role combines hands-on engineering with product leadership, spending approximately half your time coding and the other half aligning stakeholders, defining product direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

You will lead a cross-functional engineering pod and ensure that on-device AI capabilities are transformed into practical, well-designed products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and align stakeholders on the product roadmap using mockups and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Contribute directly to the product codebase, dedicating at least 50% of your time to coding
• Lead and manage a cross-functional pod including middleware (JavaScript), foundation (C++), QA, and documentation engineers
• Continuously assess market positioning through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Collaborate with designers to ensure excellent user and developer experiences
• Work closely with technical architects to maintain strong system architecture and code quality
• Ensure stable and reliable product releases by following internal release processes

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in product ownership and hands-on software development
• Proven ability to write PRDs, build mockups, and align diverse stakeholders
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Proficiency working across frontend, backend, and foundational systems
• Strong understanding of software architecture, release management, and quality assurance
• Excellent English communication skills
