Job Overview

The Product Growth Manager will be responsible for driving new user conversion, improving product adoption, and increasing long term retention through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition and activation
• Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop off points and opportunities for improvement
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments
• Use data to inform product and growth decisions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams to implement growth initiatives
• Track and report on key growth metrics and performance indicators
• Present insights, results, and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this Product Growth Manager role, candidates should have:

• Strong passion for creating outstanding user experiences that drive growth
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data driven decision making
• At least 4 years of experience in product management or related roles such as growth marketing, data analysis, or UX design
• Proven track record of metrics driven growth, especially in virality and retention
• Strong knowledge of growth frameworks including AARRR, growth loops, and KPIs
• Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in fintech or product led growth environments is an added advantage

Salary and Compensation

• Monthly net salary range: NGN 1,000,000 – NGN 1,600,000
