Graduate Management Trainee Program 2026 in Lagos

The Graduate Management Trainee Program 2026 offers selected candidates the chance to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments of the supermarket. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily supermarket operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, and customer service
• Assist the management team with inventory control, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Contribute to sales planning and execution to meet store targets
• Lead and motivate sales associates to improve performance
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Participate in store audits, inspections, and operational reviews
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Collaborate with different departments to support overall business objectives

Training and Development

Requirements for the Graduate Management Trainee Program 2026
