Field Operations Supervisor – Pipelines

Job Description

The Field Operations Supervisor will lead pipeline field operations and maintenance activities while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field personnel and vendors on site
  • Manage shutdown permits and isolation processes
  • Apply emergency response procedures when required
  • Report and close unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
  • Serve as Permit to Work (PTW) signatory
  • Enforce HSSE policies and applicable legislation
  • Monitor and record production rates and performance
  • Oversee start-up and commissioning of facilities
  • Conduct daily monitoring of process parameters
  • Participate in daily notification and toolbox meetings
  • Ensure optimized chemical injection rates
  • Prepare equipment for maintenance activities
  • Coordinate maintenance isolation, draining, and steaming
  • Follow up on procurement of materials and spare parts
  • Raise requisitions and secure budget approvals
  • Manage end-to-end material purchasing and RtP processes

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any Engineering discipline
  • Maximum age of 35 years
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in pipeline field operations, maintenance support, or permit coordination within an oil and gas production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret process engineering flow schemes
  • Experience with permit management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

Technical Professional

Job Description

The Technical Professional will provide advanced technical data management, analytics, and workflow support across subsurface, exploration, wells, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Venture Development Management and hydrocarbon forecasting workflows
  • Implement and support HFRW, PERT, and AIMS applications
  • Deliver advanced data analytics and predictive analysis solutions
  • Perform decline curve analysis automation
  • Gather, validate, and load subsurface and wells data into corporate databases
  • Support data quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide onsite technical data management for subsurface disciplines
  • Manage document and records systems including SharePoint and enterprise repositories
  • Support workflow optimization and application performance monitoring
  • Deliver user training, webinars, and technical support
  • Provide first and second line support for subsurface and wells applications
  • Manage deployment and support of technical computing systems

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Surveying, Remote Sensing, Geophysics, GIS, Geography, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years experience (B.Sc.) or 6 years experience (HND)
  • At least 3 years experience in seismic or geophysical data administration
  • Strong data management, analytics, and governance skills
  • Solid subsurface domain knowledge
  • High awareness of HSE, ethics, and risk management

Subsurface Data Analyst

Job Description

The Subsurface Data Analyst will manage subsurface data workflows, analytics, and technical support activities across geology, reservoir engineering, wells, and production functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support venture development and hydrocarbon forecasting processes
  • Implement and support advanced subsurface applications and workflows
  • Manage corporate subsurface and wells data repositories
  • Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation
  • Provide document and records management support
  • Deliver workflow improvement initiatives and user support
  • Provide technical application support to exploration and geophysics teams
  • Support subsurface and wells helpdesk operations
  • Manage technical computing infrastructure and third-party software

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years experience (B.Sc.) or 7 years experience (HND)
  • At least 3 years experience in subsurface data management
  • Strong analytical, data governance, and software skills
  • Solid understanding of subsurface operations and workflows
  • High standards of HSE, ethics, and risk awareness
