Job Description
The Office Administrative Intern will support daily office operations, manage inventories, handle vendors, assist support staff, and oversee front-desk functions.
Responsibilities
- Customer service & front desk operations
- Preparing official documents, memos, and presentations
- Basic bookkeeping & invoicing
- Maintaining vendor and office records
- Managing office supplies & procurement
- Supervising support staff
- Facilities & maintenance management
- Assisting in event planning
- Supervising building projects
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related fields
- Strong multitasking & organizational abilities
- Good negotiation & people management skills
- Great attention to detail
