Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching visual assets for social media, campaigns, and promotions
• Create and edit short-form videos for platforms such as Reels and TikTok
• Capture behind-the-scenes office activities and team culture content
• Produce event visuals and video content for activations and brand sessions
• Ensure all designs and videos align with the company’s brand identity
• Work with the Marketing Manager to meet deadlines and campaign targets
• Convert long-form content into engaging visuals for multiple platforms

Requirements for the NYSC Visual Content Creator Job in Lagos

• Must be a currently serving NYSC corps member posted to Lagos
• Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for graphic design
• Experience using CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro for video editing
• Strong understanding of social media trends and user-generated content
• Excellent attention to design quality, typography, and brand consistency
• Organized, dependable, and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Able to bring fresh creative ideas for campaigns and brand launches
