Role Overview

OTIC Surveys is seeking a creative and motivated NYSC Social Media Manager / Content Creator to support its digital presence and online engagement.

This role focuses primarily on content planning, caption writing, posting, and audience engagement. Graphic design and video production will be handled by another team member.

⚠️ This is a fully onsite role, and applicants must live within or close to the Lekki–Sangotedo–Chevron axis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and schedule social media content across platforms
• Manage daily posting and audience engagement
• Support brand visibility and digital growth initiatives
• Monitor basic engagement and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with the design and video team to execute content plans

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be currently serving under NYSC or officially posted to Lagos
• Have at least 9 months remaining before Passing Out Parade (POP)
• Demonstrate prior experience in social media management
• Show strong interest in content creation and digital media
• Possess good writing and communication skills
• Have basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Reside within Sangotedo, Lekki, Chevron, or nearby areas
• Be willing to work fully onsite
