We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Optometrist to deliver comprehensive eye care services across our outlets in Ogun State. The ideal candidate will conduct accurate vision assessments, provide appropriate diagnosis and treatment, educate patients on eye health, and make referrals when necessary. This role requires professionalism, strong clinical competence, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, vision assessments, and refractions
• Diagnose eye conditions and provide appropriate treatment or management plans
• Educate patients on eye health, vision care, and preventive practices
• Refer patients to specialists or secondary care facilities when required
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow professional standards
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care
• Support service delivery across multiple branches or outlets as assigned

Requirements

• Strong clinical competence with a solid foundation in optometric practice
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with patients and colleagues
• Good interpersonal and human relations skills
• Patient-centered approach to eye care delivery
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work across multiple locations when required
