Job Overview

The Retail Shop Manager will oversee the implementation of Airtel’s Service Delivery strategy in assigned showrooms, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and complete query resolution.

Responsibilities

Showroom Operations and Financial Management
Monitor showroom performance, stock movement, and adherence to processes. Provide reports on sales, cash handling, stock levels, and promotional activities. Ensure availability of all Airtel products and services.

Asset Management
