Forecasting and Reporting Supervisor
Role Summary
Responsible for overseeing demand, revenue, and capacity forecasting while managing commercial and operational reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Aviation Management, or related field
- 1–6 years’ experience in airline forecasting, revenue management, or commercial analysis
- Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel, forecasting models, and airline RM/PSS systems
Network Analyst
Role Summary
Supports network planning and scheduling through route performance analysis, market evaluation, and data-driven recommendations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related discipline
- 1–3 years’ experience in airline network planning, commercial analysis, or revenue management
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of route economics
- Experience with Excel and airline scheduling tools
E-Commerce Senior Sales Analyst
Role Summary
Analyzes and optimizes Air Peace’s digital sales performance across online channels while supporting loyalty and frequent flyer initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce analytics or airline sales analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Google Analytics
- Experience with GDS/CRS systems and digital sales platforms
International Pricing Analyst
Role Summary
Manages and optimizes international fare structures to ensure competitiveness and revenue growth across global routes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Aviation Management
- 2–4 years’ experience in airline pricing or revenue management
- Knowledge of ATPCO fare filing and GDS systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
Head of Sales
Role Summary
Leads Air Peace’s global sales strategy across domestic and international markets to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Aviation, or related field
- Minimum 10–12 years of airline commercial/sales experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of GDS distribution, corporate sales, and international markets
Network Planning & Scheduling Manager
Role Summary
Plans and optimizes flight schedules and route networks to improve connectivity, utilization, and profitability.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in airline network planning or scheduling
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software and network economics
- Proven leadership and analytical capability
Pricing Manager
Role Summary
Develops and implements pricing strategies across domestic, regional, and international markets to maximize yield and competitiveness.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business
- 5–8 years’ experience in airline pricing or revenue management
- Strong knowledge of ATPCO, GDS pricing systems, and fare structures
- Advanced analytical and commercial skills
Head of Marketing
Role Summary
Leads brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives to drive passenger demand and revenue growth.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 10–15 years of marketing experience, with 5 years in senior leadership
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and analytics
Head of Network Planning & Scheduling
Role Summary
Drives Air Peace’s long-term network strategy, route development, and schedule optimization across domestic and international markets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 7–10 years’ aviation experience, with at least 5 years in network planning or scheduling
- Strong expertise in route forecasting, scheduling tools, and airline economics
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
