Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for company vehicles and drivers
• Track the replacement and availability of vehicle accessories and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and jacks
• Ensure timely renewal, documentation, and filing of vehicle licenses, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates
• Review vendor invoices, validate accuracy, and support timely payments in line with service-level agreements
• Initiate and process vehicle-related requests through the ERP system for approval
• Coordinate monthly safety and knowledge-sharing sessions for drivers
• Monitor vehicle tracking devices and liaise with service providers for maintenance and repairs
• Participate in scheduled vehicle audits to ensure compliance and asset protection

Job Requirements

• Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar or relevant role
• Proficiency in computer applications; experience with fleet management or telematics systems is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Fleet management certifications or professional training will be an added advantage

• Monitor and manage company cash flow to meet payroll, debt servicing, and operational requirements

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and industry requirements

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
