Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for company vehicles and drivers
- Track the replacement and availability of vehicle accessories and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and jacks
- Ensure timely renewal, documentation, and filing of vehicle licenses, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates
- Review vendor invoices, validate accuracy, and support timely payments in line with service-level agreements
- Initiate and process vehicle-related requests through the ERP system for approval
- Coordinate monthly safety and knowledge-sharing sessions for drivers
- Monitor vehicle tracking devices and liaise with service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Participate in scheduled vehicle audits to ensure compliance and asset protection
Job Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar or relevant role
- Proficiency in computer applications; experience with fleet management or telematics systems is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Fleet management certifications or professional training will be an added advantage

Professional Qualifications
