Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the MultiChoice Academy, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Applicants must be citizens of eligible African countries. These include, but are not limited to, Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, Ghana, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Angola, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, and Zimbabwe.
Language and Interest
Fluency in English is required
Applicants must demonstrate strong creative interest in film, television, or related storytelling fields
Education and Experience
Applicants with relevant tertiary qualifications in media, film, or related disciplines are eligible
Candidates with equivalent practical experience and a strong passion for storytelling are also encouraged to apply
Commitment
Applicants must be available for full time participation throughout the 12 month program duration
Program Duration
The MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy runs for 12 months. During this period, participants engage in structured learning, collaborative projects, and continuous production assignments at one of the regional academy hubs in Africa.
