Programme Description
The OMS 2025 Graduate Management Trainee Programme is designed to groom young, talented graduates into future industry leaders. The programme provides structured learning, rotational exposure across major departments, and real-time field experience.

Available Positions / Fields
• ICT
• Engineering
• Supply Chain
• Administration
• Marine Operations

Key Responsibilities
• Support daily departmental operations in the assigned track
• Participate in structured training sessions and hands-on field assignments
• Work with senior staff on planning, research, and reporting tasks
• Conduct analysis and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency
• Rotate across departments to gain a full understanding of OMS operations
• Contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
• Ensure compliance with OMS’ safety standards and operational procedures

Eligibility Requirements
• B.Sc. in any relevant field of study
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Recent graduates, maximum 2 years post-NYSC
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
