Salary- ₦120,000 monthly
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, mainly online; handling inquiries, closing sales, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Close sales from WhatsApp and social media leads
• Follow up until sales conversion
• Meet daily/weekly targets
• Update prices and upload catalog items
• Monitor website orders and print for processing
• Attend to inquiries and resolve complaints
• Keep accurate records of chats, orders, and complaints
• Provide product recommendations
• Send weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and sales
• Collaborate with other reps to achieve company goals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree + minimum 2 years work experience
• Must live near Eliozu, Port Harcourt
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and online tools
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Must be willing to work long-term
• Available Monday–Saturday on-site
