Job Description
We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to drive product sell-out and ensure availability across retail outlets. The role involves route management, merchandising, execution of trade initiatives, monitoring competition, launching new products, maintaining market hygiene, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive secondary sales of all SKUs from distributors to retail outlets.
• Ensure outlet productivity by invoicing each outlet at least once monthly.
• Maintain call productivity by achieving productive calls as scheduled.
• Maximize Lines Per Call (LPC) by upselling or cross-selling multiple SKUs per invoice.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
• Maintain trade execution standards and proper merchandising.
• Support the launch of new products in assigned territories.
Requirements
• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• Proven FMCG sales experience is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a company van.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Locations
Open positions are available in all states across Nigeria.
Remuneration & Benefits
• Salary: ₦100,000 per month
• Sales incentives: Up to ₦120,000 per month
