Role Overview
Parle is looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manager to own and drive the agency’s and clients’ social media presence.
You will:
• Create, curate, and manage compelling content across multiple platforms
• Engage online communities, grow followings, and deliver measurable results
• Work hands-on with video editing, content creation, and AI tools to ideate, streamline, and optimise content outputs

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies for the agency and client accounts to increase engagement, reach, and conversions
• Create original, high-quality content including:
o Posts
o Reels / TikToks
o Stories
o Carousels
o Short-form videos
• Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, RunwayML) to generate, ideate, and enhance content where required
• Write engaging captions, CTAs, and hashtags aligned with each brand’s tone of voice
• Plan and schedule posts via tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Monitor and respond to community interactions, comments, and DMs
• Analyse and report on content performance, providing clear recommendations for optimisation
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform changes, and emerging AI tools
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver campaign assets
• Contribute ideas during brainstorms, pitches, and content planning meetings

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred, not strictly mandatory)
• 2+ years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably with hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
• Strong video editing skills with a portfolio of short-form social content
• Confident using AI tools to generate visual and written content efficiently
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation platforms
• Excellent written English and creativity in captioning, with strong brand voice adaptation
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and adjust strategies
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• A natural trendspotter with strong creative intuition and adaptability

Nice to Have
• Experience with paid social campaign management
• Basic graphic design skills
• Experience in photography or on-set video content capture
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and other collaborative agency platforms
