Position- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s overall financial strategy and management, ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Oversee regulatory and compliance reporting in line with relevant standards and guidelines
• Create, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue-growth opportunities
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong expertise in financial planning, management, and reporting
• Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN are an added advantage
• Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is preferred
