Qatar University has announced the commencement of applications for its 2026 Graduate Scholarship Program, welcoming international candidates from all regions of the world. The initiative supports outstanding students pursuing Master’s and Doctoral degrees across multiple academic fields.

These scholarships are fully funded, providing tuition coverage, monthly stipends, accommodation, airfare, visa processing, and research-related support — offering recipients the opportunity to study in one of the region’s leading academic institutions without financial burden.

About the Program
The Qatar University Graduate Scholarship is designed to attract high-achieving students to pursue advanced study in a stimulating, research-driven environment. Many programs are offered in English, supported by state-of-the-art academic facilities and a culturally diverse campus — enabling scholars to build strong academic foundations, engage in innovative research, and grow both intellectually and professionally.

Eligibility Criteria
For Master’s Degree Applicants
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of at least 2.8
• Fulfillment of additional departmental/college-specific requirements

For PhD Applicants
• Minimum Master’s degree with a CGPA of at least 3.0
• GRE or GMAT scores required for English-taught doctoral programs
• Applicants with professional Master’s degrees (CGPA 3.0+) must meet extra program-based criteria

Required Application Documents
Applicants must prepare and upload:
• Completed online application form
• Academic transcripts (Bachelor’s/Master’s where applicable)
• Two letters of recommendation
• Passport identification page
• Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS — waived for select programs)
• Standardized test scores for doctoral programs (where required)
