Key Responsibilities as an Intern
In this role, you will:
• Work on internal projects that support customer outcomes and identify opportunities to improve business performance
• Learn and use internal software tools to support project delivery and day-to-day tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with other interns and global business leaders
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures in all situations to ensure full compliance

To qualify for the 2026 Baker Hughes Emerging Talent Internship, you should:
• Be currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
o Engineering
o Technology
o Mechanics
o Other STEM-related fields
o Or a business-related discipline
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or the equivalent grading standard in your country
• Be fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills
• Be legally allowed to work in the country where you’re applying, without company sponsorship or time restrictions
