✨ Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
• Handle calls, track issues, and identify recurring customer concerns
• Collaborate across teams to resolve problems efficiently
• Prevent cancellations by understanding customer pain points and offering solutions
• Spot friendly upsell opportunities that benefit customers
• Ensure every interaction is positive, clear, and helpful
✅ Requirements
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Patient, kind, and able to build rapport quickly
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Calm under pressure and adaptable
• Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus

• $6/hour base pay + commission opportunities
