As a Chat Specialist, you will:
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate chat-based support for gamers
• Help troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure smooth experiences
• Escalate complex cases to the right teams
• Maintain clean records of all chat interactions
• Stay informed about product updates and policies
• Share insights to improve overall support quality

✅ Requirements
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in chat support
• Strong written English skills (spelling & grammar)
• Ability to multitask across multiple tools
• Reliable, empathetic, problem-solving mindset
• Personal computer with Windows 11 (64-bit) and stable internet
• Gaming criteria:
o Active PSN ID for 1+ years
o Minimum 8 hours gameplay per month
o No recent account suspensions
