Program Delivery Intern at ALX Africa (Remote, 6 Months)

ALX Africa is a non-profit focused on upskilling Africans in tech, bridging the digital divide, and creating the next generation of software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity experts. By 2030, ALX aims to empower 2 million Africans with sustainable tech careers.

💼 Role Overview
As a Program Delivery Intern, you will help deliver exceptional learner experiences by:
• Designing engaging content and virtual events
• Moderating online community spaces
• Supporting learner onboarding, retention, and success
• Analysing engagement and feedback to improve programs
• Collaborating across teams to enhance operations
This role is fully remote and reports to a program manager.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Manage weekly communications (emails, portal updates, newsletters)
• Plan and facilitate virtual events (onboarding, workshops, masterclasses)
• Foster community engagement through moderation, prompts, and peer support
• Support learner troubleshooting, onboarding, and platform navigation
• Analyse engagement metrics and provide actionable insights
• Contribute to program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting

• Content creation (Canva or similar tools)
