Working Hours- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary- ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month

Mindsmaking Brands Limited is looking for a highly creative, organised, and strategy-driven Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to lead our digital presence and content efforts.

What You’ll Do
• Develop content ideas and create clear briefs/outlines for writers
• Repurpose blog articles into
o Social media posts
o Carousels
o Reels/short-form videos
o Stories and Pinterest content
• Review content for
o Accuracy
o SEO alignment
o Brand tone and consistency
• Publish content daily across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads
o Schedule weekend content in advance
• Manage comments and DMs, responding within 24 hours (except Sundays)
• Work closely with writers, designers, and the marketing team to execute campaigns
• Track and analyse performance metrics and share weekly/monthly reports
• Stay updated on
o Social media trends
o Platform updates
o Competitor activities

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Content Strategist
• Strong understanding of
o Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads
• Ability to create
o Short-form videos (e.g. using CapCut or similar tools)
o Simple memes and engaging visual content
• Excellent
o Writing and editing skills
o Communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work reliably 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
