Job Description
Nigerian Breweries Plc is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential, and strategic administrative support to the Managing Director/Chief Executive and Finance Director.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, an excellent communicator, and able to manage multiple priorities while consistently demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and strong work ethics.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver seamless executive support through effective diary, meeting, and travel management
• Prepare and manage high-quality reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence
• Coordinate Management Team (MT) engagements and ensure thorough follow-up on key actions and priorities
• Act as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify ways to enhance MT effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a minimum of Second-Class Lower
Work Experience
• At least 3 years’ corporate experience in any of the following:
o Business operations
o Office management
o Event management
o Customer service
• At least 3 years’ proven experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment
Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, dependable, and initiative-driven
• Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
