Key Responsibilities
As a Frontend Developer, you will:
* Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces
* Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize user experiences
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists on multiple projects
* Contribute to startup-focused projects with innovative solutions

Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have:
* Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery
* Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
* Experience with media queries and responsive design
* Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn quickly

Preferred Skills:
* Proficiency in PHP/MySQL and AJAX
* Experience with WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, or Shopify
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Ability to work 40 hours per week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST)
* Adaptability to a diverse, multicultural environment
* Passion for building and scaling startups
