ExCare Health, a leading primary healthcare hub providing pharmacy, laboratory, vaccination, and digital health services, is seeking Beauty Advisors to join their team at Chevron Lekki and OPIC, Lagos & Ogun. This full-time role focuses on delivering personalized customer service, promoting skincare and beauty products, and maintaining attractive store displays.

• Salary – ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 monthly

Job Description
The Beauty Advisor will engage customers, provide product recommendations, demonstrate product benefits, support inventory management, and drive sales while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage and advise customers on skincare and beauty products tailored to their needs
• Demonstrate proper product usage to improve customer understanding and satisfaction
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
• Assist in daily store operations, including stock checks and replenishment
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Stay informed about new product arrivals and current beauty trends
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance

Requirements
• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a science-related discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology)
• Must have completed NYSC
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of skincare or beauty products is an advantage
• Residency near Chevron, Ikota, Lekki, Ajah (for Chevron branch) or OPIC, Berger, Arepo, Magboro (for OPIC branch)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance, confidence, and a customer-friendly attitude
• Available for immediate resumption
