ExCare Health, a leading primary healthcare hub providing pharmacy, laboratory, vaccination, and digital health services, is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team at Chevron, Lagos. This full-time role focuses on delivering pharmaceutical care, driving sales growth, and maintaining efficient pharmacy operations.

• Salary – ₦300,000 – ₦330,000 per month

Job Summary
The Pharmacist will provide expert pharmaceutical care, counsel patients, manage pharmacy operations efficiently, and contribute to revenue and category growth while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide pharmaceutical care through prescription review and patient counselling
• Organize pharmacy inventory efficiently for easy identification of drugs and sundries
• Monitor inventory movement to prevent product deterioration and expiry
• Promote and market services such as rapid health checks
• Drive innovation and stay updated on trends in the health sector
• Achieve overall revenue growth, category growth, and branch profitability
• Participate in professional development through conferences, seminars, and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with all legal rules, regulations, and procedures
Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Must have completed or currently undergoing NYSC
• Residency around Ikota, Lekki, Ajah, and environs
• Proficiency in MS Office and pharmacy information systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity, compassion, and professionalism
• Valid license to practice pharmacy
