Job Description

TMAsourcing Solutions is recruiting a Head, E-Business for a reputable Microfinance Bank. The successful candidate will drive the bank’s digital transformation, lead all e-banking initiatives, manage electronic channels, and build strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development, rollout, and management of digital banking channels including:
o Mobile apps
o USSD
o Internet banking
o POS
o ATMs
• Ensure all digital platforms are secure, reliable, user-friendly, and accessible to customers in both rural and semi-urban locations
• Oversee electronic payments and collections, including:
o Transfers
o Merchant payments
o Integrations with fintechs, PSPs, MMOs, NIBSS, and payment switches
• Design and implement digital financial products, such as:
o Mobile wallets
o Micro-savings
o Micro-loans
o Agent banking
o Micro-insurance
• Lead automation and system integration across:
o e-KYC
o Digital account opening
o Loan processing
o Workflow automation
• Use digital channel analytics to understand customer behavior and support product development and marketing strategies
• Ensure cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and CBN-aligned risk management on all e-channels
• Drive revenue growth from digital channels (USSD fees, card fees, commissions, etc.)
• Oversee digital customer support channels such as chatbots, in-app support, and online helpdesks
• Promote a culture of digital adoption through staff and agent training across the bank

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking, IT, or related field
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications such as ACCA, CIBN, CISA, CITN are added advantages
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in:
o Microfinance e-business
o Digital banking
o Or fintech operations
• Strong understanding of:
o Digital banking platforms
o Electronic payment systems
o Fintech integrations
o Microfinance operations and processes
• Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capacity
• High level of integrity and adaptability in a fast-evolving digital environment
• Proficiency with digital banking tools, financial software, and advanced Excel
