About the Role
Cropsafe Agro Services is looking for a target-driven Sales Manager with hands-on experience in the vegetable oil sector—particularly crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) and shea butter sales. The successful candidate will grow market presence, secure Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and consistently meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new agro-processing and vegetable oil market opportunities
• Build strong relationships with industrial buyers and soap manufacturers
• Generate LPOs and ensure timely order fulfillment in collaboration with operations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs
• Work with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management presentations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in vegetable oil sales, agro-processing, or FMCG
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing B2B orders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
