Walure Capital is seeking a talented Product Design (UI/UX) Instructor who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of digital product designers. The ideal candidate is creative, user-centric, and experienced in delivering beautiful, functional product experiences, and can turn real-world design principles into engaging, practical learning.

Key Responsibilities of the Product Design (UI/UX) Instructor at Walure Capital
• Deliver structured, high-quality UI/UX design classes (virtual or physical)
• Develop or refine course materials, lesson plans, slides, and hands-on assignments
• Teach core principles and tools in product and interface design
• Guide learners through real-life design projects using industry best practices
• Provide constructive feedback, design critiques, and ongoing support to students
• Collaborate with the Academy team to continuously improve curriculum and delivery
• Stay updated on trends in UI/UX, design systems, and emerging design tools

Requirements
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
• Strong portfolio showing problem-solving, user research, visual design, and prototyping
• Teaching, mentoring, or facilitation experience is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Figma (required)
• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Adobe XD, Notion, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners at different levels
• Genuine passion for design, creativity, and talent development

Nice-to-Have
• Experience teaching at a bootcamp, academy, or EdTech platform
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not mandatory
