Key Responsibilities of the Remote UI/UX Designer at Sigel Advisory Partners
• Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design systems using modern tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and improve design decisions.
• Review and interpret SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and other requirement documents to guide UI/UX decisions.
• Collaborate closely with developers and the product manager to bring designs to life.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Present design concepts, flows, and rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, UX best practices, and design tools.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process (research, flows, wireframes) and UI design capabilities.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
