A leading travel and hospitality company is seeking a highly experienced and goal-driven Branch Manager to oversee its Abuja operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and ensure top-tier service delivery across all travel and hospitality functions.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in travel or hospitality, including at least 2–3 years in a management position
• Solid understanding of ticketing, reservations, travel operations, and customer service
• Working knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage
• Strong track record of achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills
• Experience managing corporate clients, MDAs, and high-value accounts
• Professional, polished, and capable of representing the company in dealings with embassies, MICE initiatives, and international tour providers
• Ability to independently build and manage partnerships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and global tour brokers
• Proactive, result-driven, and available to resume immediately
• Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate without delay

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all branch operations daily
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for staff
• Drive branch revenue and consistently meet sales targets
• Represent the company to corporate organizations and MDAs for travel budget negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign embassies to support visa facilitation, group tours, and MICE operations
• Develop and manage global partnerships with tour brokers, airlines, hotels, and other key stakeholders
• Supervise ticketing, reservations, and service delivery processes
• Ensure excellent customer experience and strong client retention
• Handle budgeting, reporting, compliance, and administrative oversight for the branch
• Work closely with senior management on strategy execution and branch growth initiatives
