• Oil Mill, Port Harcourt (PHC)
Role Overview: Station Manager
The Station Manager will be responsible for:
• Managing daily retail station operations to ensure efficiency and service continuity
• Coordinating personnel, assets, and operational resources
• Ensuring strict compliance with Eterna’s performance standards, policies, and safety protocols
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and effective communication skills
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, lead teams, and work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail capabilities
