1. Digital Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities
• Promote awareness of the Marriott brand image internally and externally.
• Use effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential owners via telephone to sell or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling.
• Determine and give complimentary items to guests (e.g. rewards points, show tickets).
• Perform general office support duties for Sales & Marketing (filing, emails, typing, faxing).
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact in the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect guest and coworker privacy.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally (spoken and written); answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of ≤ 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform any other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements
• Education- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience- At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience- Not required.
• License/Certification- None required.

2. Chef de Partie

Job Summary
• Prepare special meals or substitute items as needed.
• Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw properly in the refrigerator.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, garnish, and presentation.
• Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
• Inform service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and preparation checklists.
• Prepare cold foods as required.
