Responsibilities
You will be assigned responsibilities in alignment with the program requirements, which may include:
• Supporting Airtel Business teams on products, solutions, or key projects
• Participating in training, rotations, and hands-on assignments
• Contributing to business analysis, product development, or customer-facing activities
(Specific tasks will depend on your placement and rotation within the business.)

Eligibility & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field
• 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role
• Internship or project experience in mobile products or digital services is an added advantage
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong interest in building a career in Telecoms / Digital / Technology
